KC Mike's Smokin' is looking for an experienced line cook to start part time with the likelihood of moving to full time after training.   The ideal candidate will have experience with steam tables, deep fryers, and flat tops.  Cooking food according to a recipe, portioning food,  and prep work; experience with smoked meats is a plus but not required.  Candidate should be familiar with food handling safety procedures and DHEC regulations; ServSafe certification is a plus.
