KC Mike's Smokin' offers customers dine-in or carry-out from our flagship location on Lady's Island. The focus is on barbecue and a variety of sides.  This location offers beer and wine, soda, Gatorade, iced coffee, fresh brewed tea and lemonade. This restaurant is home to our big Ole Hickory Pits smoker that provides the smoked meats for all our locations!  Enjoy!
