In March of 2019, the Beaufort Area Hospitality Association (BAHA) formed a task force that included representatives of our neighborhoods, hospitality industry, City of Beaufort and Chamber of Commerce.

The Task Force was formed to address concerns of our hospitality partners regarding workforce challenges and fluctuations in room night occupancy. Through this process the task force identified a number of factors impacting the hospitality and accommodations industry. We invite you to review the findings of our task force and the corresponding report.
