Don and Ruth Lambert moved to Beaufort in 2019 from Pennsylvania with the goal of turning their passion for landscape and nature photography into a new adventure and business.
An Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant, who had recently retired from a 25-year stint with the Air National Guard, Don was immediately drawn to Beaufort’s mild climate, natural setting and coastal lifestyle. Recently retired as a university administrator specializing in adult education and non-traditional students, Ruth fell in love with the welcoming small town atmosphere, and the many cultural opportunities in the community and region.
Launching Beaufort Photography Tours was an opportunity to combine their love of nature with a new business venture.
